We would like to thank Christiana Fire Company .first for making Jim`s last wish come true with more than what we ever expected ,You all really made his day ,week ,he could not stop talking about his ride and all the support from past and present fire fighters . Second to let us have a place to go after the funeral since some of his family comes from over a hour away ,that we would have a place to gather and talk about memories . Thanks again this is what true brotherhood is about .

To the Officers and Members of Sta. 52, Thank you, a MILLION TIMES for your hospitality and the shelter of your station today. I was out on a leisurely motorcycle ride when that horrendous storm hit this afternoon. I couldn't find anyplace to get out of the weather, and visibility was getting critical. I was traveling west from Atglen, and, realized I couldn't go much further. Being a former member of Strasburg Fire Co., I knew I was close to your station. I said a prayer that someone would be there, and my prayer was answered. Everyone's kindness and concern and offers of help was truly overwhelming. Your Company responded twice while I was there, and nobody said anything about needing to vacate the building. I was able to wait out the storms and then safely return home, with the well wishes of the members present. Again, you all have my sincere gratitude ! Bob Doyle

Since Atglen Borough has been covered by the Christiana Fire company, I have been interested in the operation and especially the website. It is very comforting to see the Company's response to accidents and fires and the professional way things are handled. The quick posting of current incidents is especially efficient. Nice job CFC.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the Engine Crew that transferred to 21 yesterday morning and for assisting with getting Engine 21-2 cleaned-up afterwards so it could go to Delco for the funeral standby.
