This morning at 05:32 A.M. Station 52 was alerted to Broad Street in Christiana Borough for the dwelling fire. Chief 52 ( Reimold ) soon arrived with smoke showing from the " Delta " side and attic of a single story , wood frame SFD. Engine 52-1 ( Capt. Stoltzfus ) stretched a handline making a quick hit on the fire in the attic area. E/T 52-1 ( Lt. Miller ) established a water supply and stretched a second handline from engine 1 to assist interior operations. Fire was quickly extinguished, and contained to the attic and living room area.
