Saturday morning at 09:55, Christiana Volunteers were dispatched to a vehicle accident- class 2 in Atglen Borough, Chester County. Initial report was at the intersection of Routes 41 and 372. Duty Officer ( Lofgren ) arrived on location at 10:02 reporting vehicle into utility pole just east of the municipal line in West Sadsbury Township. He advised LCWC that this would be a KVFD incident and to make them aware.

Engine 52-1 W/6 ( Capt. Stoltzfus ) also arrived 10:02, splitting the crew to handle fluid control, depowering vehicle. E/T 52-1 W/6 ( F.F. Meeks ) assisted as needed. Christiana Community Ambulance transported one patient to Brandywine Hospital with minor injuries. Station 52 Fire Police handled traffic control of the very icy roadway. All units cleared the incident scene at 11:05. 26 members responded.
