At 23:59 hours, Station 52 was alerted to assist White Horse Fire Company (Station 49) on a 2nd alarm commercial building fire at 5085 Old Philadelphia Pike.

Tanker 52-2 (Deputy Fisher) was first piece to respond (00:04:04) with Tanker 52-1 (Captain Stoltzfus) (00:05:04) and Engine 52-1 (Captain Lofgren) (00:22:35) following.

Both Tankers joined numerous other companies with the water supply while Engine 52-1 crew supplemented the suppression operations. Ice and very low temperatures hampered the efforts to bring the fire under control.

Engine crew cleared the scene at 01:38:19 while the Tankers remained on the scene to assist until cleared at 03:00 hours.
