Chief Reimold, Deputy Chief Fisher, Junior/Cadet Advisor Baker and Firefighters Moore, Hay and Buckwalter ventured out on Friday evening to attend the Spring 2015 graduation of the Chester County Fire Academy Fire Fighter 1 program.

This years class included 4 members of Station 52 and it was a great time celebrating the hard work and investment of time that was put in by the entire class leading to this day. The 10 week course involved 3 hours every Tuesday and Thursday evening AND 8 1/2 hours every Saturday and Sunday.

Christiana Fire Company would like to offer our congratulations to Firefighters Eric Lowry, Morgan Meeks, Jake Smith and Zachary Vandenbosch for their completion of the course work and meeting the requirements to receive their certificates from the fire academy.

The weekly training nights held each Monday evening AND the extensive training they received will continue to allow the fire company to provide the best trained volunteers we can to make sure the residents in the community we serve get the most efficient and professional service when it is needed.
